wild rice-stuffed nettle leaf (v+, gf)

wild plum salad with sorrel, fennel, and mint (v+, gf)

squash and turkey soup dumpling (gf) or squash dumpling (v+, gf), maple chile pepitas, cilantro oil 

wild boar pozole (gf) or vegetable stew (v+, gf)

purslane and chile

bison hanger steak (gf)  or grilled mushroom blue corn tacos (v+, gf)

apricot salsa picante 


spiced wild oat  and pecan custard, elderberry compote, maple pecan granola, and smoked salt (v+, gf)
