Join us to enjoy pre-colonial eats — a menu by Edward Rodriguez & Candace Stock that celebrates Native heritage.

Amuse 

corn pupusa stuffed with caramelized onions + chile,  herb salad + queso fresco (v, v+*, gf) 

1st 

sumac-marinated mushrooms, pickled blueberries,  sweet potato dumpling (v+, gf)

2nd 

chayote, melon, cilantro, corn nuts, carrot, purple potato, sour cherry vinaigrette  (v+, gf)

3rd 

turkey roulade with caramelized squash + sage, cider gastrique, crispy butter beans (gf) 

or 

squash + hazelnut roulade, cider gastrique, crispy butter beans (v+, gf)

4th 

vanilla bean venison steak, braised greens, celeriac purée, elderberry reduction (gf)

or 

vegan blue corn tamales filled with apricot + fennel, crushed pepita (v+, gf)

5th course 

wild rice tart, candied rosebud + cranberries, honey floss (v+, gf)

One ticket for Native Heritage 6-Course Tasting Menu ($88) and Gratuity ($17) from Candace Stock and Edward Rodriguez. One Seating at 6:30pm, Saturday, November 12th. The menu is gluten-free, with vegan options for each course.
